Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Well, it’s St. Patrick’s Day, so I searched the interwebs to find something appropriate. Guiness + Pudding = Win. Did I mention the pudding was chocolate?

1 c sugar
14.9 oz can of Guiness
2 1/4 cream
7 oz bittersweet chocolate (chopped)

my first three-course meal

Okay, so I’ve been nailing dishes that have been prepared one-at-a-time. I wanted to make things a bit more challenging, so I opted for three courses: an appetizer, entree, and dessert. The biggest lesson I learned was that it helps to have most of the prep work done prior to cooking anything.
